Harmony Care
An accessible, informative website for a care provider supporting adults with learning disabilities.
The challenge
Harmony Care provides a range of support services for adults with learning disabilities across Walsall — from community support and supported living to residential care and respite. Their website needed to reach two very different audiences: the adults who might use the services directly, and the families and carers who often research on their behalf. Both needed clear, accessible information without jargon.
What we built
We built a clear, accessible website that presents Harmony Care's full range of services in plain, understandable language. The structure guides different types of visitors to the information most relevant to them, with accessibility built in throughout rather than treated as an afterthought.
